• the conference meal (Thursday 24th, £25 for a 3-course meal followed by tea/coffee)

The bbq and the conference meal will be bookable during the registration process.

Talk and poster format

Talk: Contributed talks are anticipated to be 15 minutes in length. Please bring talks in PowerPoint format to load on the PC machines in the lecture theatres.

Poster: Please format posters in A0 portrait style.

Travel grants

The Ted Locket Grant Scheme welcomes applications for financial assistance towards travel/other expenses from members of the British Arachnological Society who intend to offer a poster and/or oral presentation at the ECA. The number of grants available is limited; applications will be considered on merit. Details of how to apply can be found in the PDF file below.
